This class conducted the information gap activity. This activity materials consist of two sets, set A and set B. We were divided into pairs. One looked at worksheet A and the other looked at worksheet B. We had to transfer the information to each other by asking answering questions. We must not look at each other's worksheets. The worksheet provided serval patterns of questions for students to learn appropriate responses. In addition, this material created the desire to speak and the curiosity to listen. While doing exercise, there were a few seconds nobody said anything. As the professor mentioned that silence couldn't make the conversation natural. Plus, it would be better to use diverse phrases while asking others. Consequently, I think that students must cooperate and be active in class interaction.
